Terms & Conditions Asia300 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

Creating an account at asia300 is free and takes less than two minutes. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number and your preferred password.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one asia300 account. Opening multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. If you have more than one account — even unintentionally — please contact the asia300 support team immediately to resolve the matter.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details secure and for not sharing them with any other party. Asia300 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Do not reuse passwords from other platforms
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices

Asia300 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in your account being suspended.

Accepted deposit methods at asia300 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX via major Malaysian banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and RHB. Asia300 does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via local Malaysian payment methods. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond asia300's control. Withdrawals at asia300 are processed within 5 minutes for e-wallets and up to 30 minutes for transfers to a Malaysian bank account. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and the maximum daily withdrawal is RM50,000 for standard members — VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account in the member's own name. Asia300 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This is a security measure we uphold to protect our members and comply with anti-money laundering legislation.

Before processing any withdrawal, asia300 reserves the right to carry out security checks and identity verification. You may be asked to provide a copy of your identification card, a recent bank statement or other supporting documents. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be held until the verification process is complete.

Asia300 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time to enhance the playing experience for our members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Bonus-specific terms — including minimum wagering requirements, eligible games, validity period and bonus caps — form part of this agreement when you accept a bonus.

The minimum wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in that bonus's terms. Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement has been met in full. If you make a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirement, the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically voided.

Asia300 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, or suspend accounts where there is evidence of attempts to exploit the bonus system — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets (arbitrage) using bonus funds, or any other conduct that asia300 determines to be bonus abuse.

All bets placed on asia300 are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have placed the correct bet before confirming it. Asia300 will not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of technical errors acknowledged by us.

Odds and betting markets displayed on asia300 are for reference only and may change without prior notice in line with the latest developments. Bets placed on locked-in odds will be honoured at those odds even if the odds subsequently change. However, asia300 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to technical or human error.

Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, suspended without a rescheduled date, or that do not meet the minimum required number of events will be refunded to your account balance. For parlay/accumulator bets, any cancelled event will be removed from the bet slip and the payout will be recalculated based on the remaining events.

Every round's outcome is random, independent, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including asia300 itself.

Official results issued by the relevant sports body or event organiser are final for the purpose of bet settlement at asia300.

Asia300 reserves the right to void or suspend any betting market at any time, particularly where unusual information, suspicious betting activity or instructions from the relevant authorities are involved. In such cases, affected bets will be returned to the member's account.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your asia300 account. It is your responsibility to notify our support team if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or if you notice any suspicious activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the asia300 platform and will result in immediate account termination:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to exploit the system
• Attempting to hack, exploit or disrupt asia300's systems
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
• Systematically abusing the bonus or promotion system
• Colluding with dealers or other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using insider information to gain an unfair betting advantage

Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, and any valid remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your last deposit.

Asia300 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other unlawful activity has occurred. In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, the account balance may not be returned depending on the severity and nature of the breach.

Asia300 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly and without interruption, asia300 makes no guarantee that our services will be free from outages, technical errors or availability issues at all times.

Asia300 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical outages, system errors or circumstances beyond our control. Asia300's maximum liability to any member in any situation is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Asia300 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes to these terms will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications, email or website announcements at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal reasons.

Your continued use of the asia300 platform after any changes to the terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date without penalty, and any valid balance will be returned to you in full.
